Do you like big or small things? It doesn't really matter because you are going to get both. Until 7th April, all of the enemies in the web version of the game will spawn in few different sizes.

Update v0.11a brings a new type of map - Mission map called City Center. There, you will have to defend an eSper from upcoming enemies while trying to stay alive until the mission is over. There are 3 types of enemies that you will have to fight:
-Red enemies (low health, fast speed) who will always try to follow you and explode on contact with your character or will disintegrate after a while.
-Black enemies (medium health, slow speed) who will always run towards the eSper and will explode on contact with him while dealing damage.
-The regular shooting enemies (max health, stationary) from which you can gain health power ups when defeated.
-Changed shading and fog color in City Park map to improve performance
-Improved mobile controls (bigger joystick area and less sensitive camera movement)
-The player character now flinches when taking a hit
-The death screams of the enemies have been adjusted for the new mode

Happy holidays with a Holiday Special from S3D league!
This updates adds a snow themed Mountain map to the web versions of the game, as well as snowballs as weapon for few of the already existing maps. The enemies have been changed to act less aggressively too. A new map select hub in a form of the Netsphere Central has been added for faster access.
Keep in mind those changes are only available in the web versions of the game for now and parts of those may be added later to the downloadable version as well.

Hi, everyone. Version 0.9 is now ready to play and download on all platforms.
This update includes the following:
-City Park: a new custom made map made by me from the parts of already existing maps. This map is very large compared to most other maps. It is designed more around exploring and fighting bots than anything else and is my first attempt of making a custom map. You will find the warp gate to the map right in front of you in the Connest map. Note that this map is not available on the web versions of the game due to its larger size.
-Two new features for the character allows the change of the camera position to left or right and also to zoom in and out as well as giving the illusion of first person view too.
-The enemies now got some variety of costume and weapon colors (some of them being custom colors edited by me), more variety of death screams and slightly improved hit animation as well. This is a preparation for adding more type of enemies later on in the game.
-The opponents are now more challenging. Their damage has been reduced from 10 to 8 but the speed of their projectiles has been increased so you will have less time to react on incoming fire. The health packs drop rates from killing enemies has been reduced as well so you will have to really fight your way through if you want to survive.
I really hope you will like this new update and if you really do, share it with your friends and spread the word. This project is driven by the interests of you guys. When more people are interested, I have higher motivation to keep working on it. See you soon.

Hello guys. A new update for S3D League is now out. In this version, you will finally have a chance to fight enemies and avoid their attacks. There is a health system added to the game so you will have to stay alive while exploring the maps. A death will result returning back to the menu screen. However, you can get some of your health back by defeating enemies. A health pack will spawn randomly when an enemy is killed. Entering a new map will restore your health completely.
The actions of the enemies at this point are very basic and needs some improvements so they shouldn't be much of a threat for now. Let me know in the comments how do you feel about fighting them. Are they too easy or too hard? What do you think should be changed to make them more fair or challenging? Another change in this version is the fix for most of the sound effects. This is everything for this update. It may not seems like much but it took me a lot of time to make. I am planning to add some new content for the next version so stay tuned and see you later.

Hello guys, HellaHell here. The new update today doesn't really include any new content but is an important step forward in the development of S3D League. Version 0.7.1 is actually an engine update from Unity 4 to Unity 5. I had to do a lot of changes just to make the game runs properly again on the newer engine. However, this upgrade allowed me to make some nice changes such as: adding smoother shadows in the game and making the TV screens on the maps actually showing the camera view. There are still some sound effect issues left to solve though. But anyway, the main reason for the engine update was actually the web version of the game. The web player plugin which the game uses is slowly becoming obsolete. Due to security reasons, some browsers are dropping the support for the protocol that the web player uses. However, there is an alternative. WebGL is going to be supported by modern browsers and unlike the web player, it doesn't require to be installed to work. The downside is, WebGL is very resource intensive and the game may not work as smooth as the web player. For this reason I am going to keep both versions running for a while, so you can play the one that works best for you, but if you want to have a full control over the performance and the graphic quality, your best bet is to play the downloadable version instead. As a last note, you may notice that both of the web versions are lacking some of the maps. Due to server space limitations, I was forced to cut down most of the maps from these versions. The downloadable version still includes all of the maps made so far. Let me know in the comments if you are experiencing any issues with the new versions. This is all for now. See you later.

Hi guys, HellaHell here. This new S3D League update is dedicated entirely to the original maps of S4 League. You will have the opportunity to explore the newly added Neden-2, Highway, Tunnel, Station-1, Station-2, Old School, Circle and even the very first Tutorial map and the License Test. Where to find them? Explore the Connest map for warp gates to find them all. In addition, the height of the character's jump has been increased to compensate for the current lack of double jump mechanic. Have fun with the new update of S3D league!

Hi, HellaHell here. I am happy to introduce you the next update of S3D League. There have been many changes in this new version even though not all of them may be noticeable. For now, lets start with the main features. In the last version, I added dummies that would serve as enemies later on. My main concern was about how to add enemies all over the maps without having all of my time wasted placing them one by one. The solution is, I made the game to do that for me. All of the enemies now will be spawning around your character. No matter where you go on any of the maps, there will be always enemies popping around you to keep you occupied. New enemies will spawn on a timer wile the previous ones will self destruct after some time has passed. This system however isn't perfect though. There may be enemies spawning partially inside walls due to the geometry of the map. The enemies now have a different pose but they still won't be able to harm you yet. The next major change is that the Neden-3 map has been added to the game. To be able to play it, you will have to walk into the warp gate that leads to it. You can see the path to it in this video. I have finally found a way to extract some maps on my own so you can expect more in the next updates. Speaking of which, I have re-imported Neden-1 map all over again with less of the missing objects this time. You can check it out. As I mentioned before, there have been numerous of other changes such as adding visual and sound effects, adding the original sky boxes, allowing the player to shoot though nets and the invisible walls, changes in the main menu etc. I really hope that you will enjoy this new update and keep in mind that more maps are going to come. This is everything for now. Bye.
